Microsoft just seems to be swinging for the fences these days when it comes to the European Commission on January 15th.

The European Commission is cracking down on Microsofts Usage of their lovely Internet Explorer Web Browser.

According to the Directorate General for Competition who issued the objections Internet Explorer has been violating European competition law since 1996.

As if Vista wasn’t crashing hard enough with its buggy system, lack of adoption rate and memory hogging persona.

Microsoft still standing tall needs to tread lightly as if found against them would surely suffer a massive drop in Internet Explorer and Microsoft product usage.

It looks like Microsoft will have an opportunity to respond to these allegations in late march as of right now.

As with Most Microsoft Legal battles we can expect a long drawn out process with tons of rumors in the blogging ecosystem before any sort of resolution is made.

suddenly a load bark from the woods the Firefox returns again smiling. for more information on the European Unions Microsoft Competition Case visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Union_Microsoft_antitrust_case
