Buzzwords

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and is a format for storing online information in a way that makes information readable by lots of utilities and software. an RSS feed can be “subscribed” to on blogs or websites that are syndicating their content. this allows the publishers of this content to syndicate a title or piece of information or the title to those subscribing to the Feed.  this is great for authors, or people posting content as the people who are subscribed to this will automatically see a listing of the latest content.

popular RSS reading utilities include googles reader, firefox, internet explorer, or Microsoft outlook.
